01 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between phwin9 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("you," "the Player," or "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the phwin9 online gaming platform available at phwin9.net.

phwin9 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
03 Account Registration
To access real-money gaming features on phwin9, you must create a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:
- One Account Per Player: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on phwin9. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension.
- Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. phwin9 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
- Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify phwin9 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security.
- Non-Transferability: Player accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any third party.
- KYC Verification: phwin9 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to cooperate fully with any verification process, including providing copies of valid government-issued identification such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license.
04 Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on phwin9 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:
- Accepted Payment Methods: phwin9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.
- Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
- Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified in the phwin9 payment policy. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during operational hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
- Verification Before Withdrawal: phwin9 reserves the right to complete KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Players who have not completed verification may experience delays.
- Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. The use of third-party payment methods or funds belonging to another person is strictly prohibited.
- No Money Laundering: phwin9 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. Any suspicious transaction activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities in accordance with Philippine law.
- Dormant Accounts: Accounts that have been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. phwin9 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormancy policy.

05 Bonuses & Promotions
phwin9 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which will be clearly communicated at the time the bonus is offered. Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
- Bonuses are credited in Philippine Peso (₱) and are valid only for use on the phwin9 platform.
- phwin9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account will remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of crediting.
- Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic wagering strategies, collusion, or other forms of abuse will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
- Players
may only claim a welcome bonus once. Duplicate accounts created to claim multiple welcome bonuses will be suspended and all associated funds forfeited.
- Free spins, cashback offers, and reload bonuses are subject to their own specific terms, which will be published alongside each promotion.
06 Gameplay Rules
All games available on the phwin9 platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general gameplay terms apply across all games:
- Random Number Generation: All phwin9 casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are independently audited for fairness.

07 Prohibited Conduct

Zero Tolerance: phwin9 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, cheating, and money laundering. All suspicious activity is reported to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement agencies. Offending accounts will be permanently banned and funds may be seized pending investigation.
08 Intellectual Property
All content on the phwin9 platform — including but not limited to the phwin9 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of phwin9 or its licensed content providers.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phwin9 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the phwin9 platform without prior written consent.
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any phwin9 content.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in connection with the phwin9 platform.
- Use the phwin9 brand, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner without express written authorisation.

By registering on phwin9, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and marketing communications (where you have opted in).

10 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phwin9 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes, which are inherently uncertain and subject to chance.
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from technical failures, interruptions, or errors on the platform.
- Damages arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

phwin9's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit phwin9's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
11 Account Suspension & Termination
phwin9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the player against legitimate transactions.
- Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
- Conduct that phwin9 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players.
- At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests made under the Responsible Gaming policy.
Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

12 Responsible Gaming

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to phwin9's customer support team for informal resolution. phwin9 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's player complaint procedures.
